Driver’s Age
The minimum driver’s age is 18 years and the maximum driver’s age is 75 years. For van 25 -75
A young driver surcharge of EUR 5 per day up to a maximum One time charge charge of EUR 40 per rental will apply for drivers aged from 18 years to 21 years.
A senior driver surcharge of EUR 5 per day up to a maximum one time charge of EUR 40 per rental will apply for drivers aged from 66 years to 75 years.
Driver’s License
The driver has to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 1 year with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) must be required if the renter’s national driving license is not in Roman / English alphabet. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: Driving license, passport and credit or debit card under main driver name.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount. Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends upon the car groups:
The maximum excess amount for mini vehicle groups is EUR 1200.
The maximum excess amount for economy (2/4 door) vehicle groups is EUR 2000.
The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door) vehicle groups is EUR 2500.
The maximum excess amount for compact and premium vehicle groups is EUR 3000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate vehicle groups is EUR 3500.
The maximum excess amount for standard Van (Unspecified Fuel/Power Combustion Engine Air) groups is EUR 4000.
The maximum excess amount for fullsize and standard Van (Diesel Air) groups is EUR 4500.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount. It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount for THW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount for mini and compact (4-5 door, manual) vehicle groups is EUR 3500.
The maximum excess amount for economy (2/4 door) vehicle groups is EUR 3800.
The maximum excess amount for economy (4-5 door) and compact (4-5 door, automatic) vehicle groups is EUR 4000.
The maximum excess amount for premium vehicle groups is EUR 4500.
The maximum excess amount for compact Wagon groups is EUR 5500.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate vehicle groups is EUR 6000.
The maximum excess amount for standard Van (Unspecified Fuel/Power Combustion Engine Air) groups is EUR 6500.
The maximum excess amount for fullsize and standard Van (Diesel Air) groups is EUR 8500.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover of EUR 15000 for injury and EUR 25000 for death.
Please Note: 1. Police report is mandatory, in case of an accident / damage or theft, without police report insurance is not valid. The customer must immediately inform the rental desk about the incident.
2. Renter must present the vehicle keys and documents to the rental company to qualify for coverage, otherwise the insurance will be invalidated and the renter will be liable for the full amount due to the loss of vehicle. In the event of any damage to the vehicle for theft reasons, the insurance does not cover the renter.
3. Any damage due to driver negligence or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other controlled substances is not covered by insurance.
Excess Reduction option is not available.
Fees
Airport Fee is included in the rental amount.
Other fees:
1. The customer is responsible for traffic fines. If the fine are paid by the rental desk the, fine amount plus EUR 18 admin fee plus commission will be applied.
2. If vehicle keys are lost or damaged, then a minimum fee of EUR 350 depending on the vehicle groups will apply.
3. If vehicle documents are lost or damaged a penalty fee of EUR 450 will apply.
4. If License plate is lost or damaged a penalty fee of EUR 450 will apply.
5. A cleaning fee of EUR 15 will be charged if the vehicle is returned dirty.
Early Returns/Unused Rental Days
No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early including the purchase of ancillary items, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.
Roadside Assistance
Roadside assistance is available for an additional charge of EUR 5 per day. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged at its cost value in addition to a refueling charge on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed.
It is allowed to travel into Montenegro, Kosovo and Macedonia for an additional charge of EUR 60 (one-time fee).
If visiting more than one of these countries, the fee is EUR 90 (one-time fee).
Travel to countries other than Montenegro, Kosovo, and Macedonia is not permitted.

Ferry Travel
Ferry travel is allowed only for small cars without any charge.
Mercedes Vito or similar, VW Touran or similar and Ford Transit or similar are not allowed for ferry travel.
One Way Rentals
One way rentals are available and additional charges will apply. Please check at the rental desk for more information.
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, VAT would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Only MasterCard, AMEX and Visa credit cards are accepted. The credit card should be under the lead driver's name only.
Debit cards – only Amex, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
The credit and debit card must be valid for 12 months after the drop-off date.
Cash, Post or prepaid cards are also accepted.
The following payment methods are not accepted:

Deposit:
Only MasterCard, AMEX and Visa credit cards are accepted.
Debit cards – only Vis and MasterCard are accepted.
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 100 to EUR 200 (depending on the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection services is available only on request and subject to availability.
A charge depending on the time and location of the pick-up or the delivery of the vehicle will be applied.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available for an additional charge varying from EUR 25 per service to EUR 80 per service.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
